Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. My hope is to empower you to recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you wish to have in your life.
Child and teen development is filled with challenges. I utilize cognitive, mindful and activity based interactions that provide an environment for your children to explore and overcome adversities. I invite parents to regularly interact with me in order to support goals in counseling and parenting while maintaining a safe space for their child. I also provide reunification therapy.
Experiencing family and relational conflict can feel overwhelming. I provide court mandated cases with children and adults in high conflict divorces, parent coordination, and parent facilitation. In addition, I provide child custody and adoption evaluations.
